Shipping policies

Shipping within NZ will take 1-2 working days.

We are working with NZ Post therefore parcels won’t be delivered on public holidays or weekends it will be delivered on the next available working day. 

All orders that are shipped out will be under NZ POST & will come with a tracking number. Once you place your order you will receive an email along with a tracking number, from there you can use the tracking number provided on the email on NZ Post website to see where your parcel is. 

Please understand that once your parcel is with NZ Post your parcel is in their hands, therefore if your parcel is lost you will have to contact NZ Post directly. We pack all orders with our products at top quality & no damages therefore if you recieve damage goods NZ Post is at fault. However there will be an exception to replace damaged products at your expense.
